Soren is an artificial intelligence platform that helps create, schedule and publish content for the X social network (formerly Twitter). The Service includes, among other features:

Soren does not claim ownership over the texts, images, voice profiles and content generated for you. That content is yours, subject to the licenses of the AI providers. The Soren platform, including brand, design, source code, documentation and related materials, is the exclusive property of Soren and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against attacks, or that AI-generated content will meet your expectations, be accurate, original or fit for a specific purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soren, its partners, employees and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including, without limitation:
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Soren harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) content generated, approved or published from your account; (c) violation of these Terms; (d) violation of third-party rights or of X's policies.
The Service may impose usage limits, such as maximum number of voice profiles, drafts generated per hour, AI calls, posts published and X connections, based on your plan or anti-abuse policy. These limits may be adjusted at any time to ensure stability, control AI costs and protect the platform's ecosystem.
You may cancel your account at any time inside the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without prior notice, in case of violation of these Terms, abusive use, security risk, legal requirement or Service discontinuation. After cancellation, your data will be handled per the Privacy Policy.
We may modify, add or discontinue features at any time, including usage limits, available AI models and third-party integrations. When possible, we will communicate relevant changes with reasonable advance notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the consumer user's domicile, or the courts of Soren's headquarters for other cases, are elected to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
